Beyond the border lies the road to rebirth— Join a Mimicker’s apprentice

on a journey through a world where reality and illusion intertwine.

A mysterious fungus known as “Fujun” ravages the human world. Lu-an loses their brother to the outbreak.

Drawn by a familiar voice, they discover a portal to an alternate realm—Bay Island’s sacred territory—home to the “Mimics,” who reveal hidden truths through hand gestures. Determined to bring their brother back, Lu-an trains themself in the art of mimicking and mentors a group of apprentices, sending them across realms in search of the ultimate power: the “Force of Resurrection.” But on the fringes of the city, their path is blocked by a shaman…

Adapted from the original Taiwanese fantasy novel Beastosis, this immersive production blends VR, MR, and live performance to lead audiences through a liminal world between myth and technology. As the lines between reality and illusion blur, the audience becomes the apprentices, embarking on a journey to the edge of the

sacred land in search of a mimicking magic that can recreate the world.

House Peace

Established in 2018, House Peace was founded by a group of professional theatre workers with their specialties including directing, acting, set design, lighting design, costume design, and different kinds of visual arts.

We are an art laboratory combining theatre and various elements for exhibitions and productions.

Focusing on the possibilities between theatre and space, we believe that our creative ideas will lead to multiple productions.

ET@T

Since 1995, ET@T have continuously observed and developed various promising art forms while exploring the unknown states brought about by digital culture. As the rapid transformation of XR-related media has triggered unprecedented experiences in artistic perception, in 2020 ET@T established VA Hub (Virtual Art Hub), an immersive experimental art exhibition space designed to expand our capacity for technological research and development.
