The 13 Streets Area including Songshan Street, Jiuli Village, Dongshi Village, Shangtayou Village, Zhonglun Village (belong partially to Zhongshan District and Daan District) which are now located in Songshan District; Zhongpo Village and Wufenpu Village, Xingya Village, Sanzhangli Village, Checeng Village (belong partially to Daan District) in Xinyi District, Xixin Village, Houshanpo Village in Nangang District, and Zhouwei Village in Neihu District.

Introduction: ​

To celebrate Mazu’s birthday, Taipei City Songshan Ciyou Temple Palace holds three consecrations every year starting from Mazu’s birthday (Lunar calendar: 23rd March), deity processions and parade around 13th Streets Village on 25th and 26th March of the Lunar calendar with aiming to pray for Gods and Buddhas’ blessing and favourable weather, peace and prosperity for the country and the people, also harmony wherever, as well as good fortune for every household. Residents will also prepare consecrations to welcome Mazu, praying for blessings from Mazu to the whole family’s safety and good healthy.
