4/12（日）臺東-花蓮，花東縱谷公路／台9、玉長／台30、花東海岸／台11，約184公里06：00 鳴槍出發/臺東娜路彎大酒店12：30 終點關門/鹽寮-台11線10K處；結束後選手移師新天堂樂園會場 領獎、午餐、完成獎牌、退晶片
團體計時賽：16歲以上，採團隊報名方式，限已報名公路賽團隊，每隊5人前4名取第4位進入終點成績為該隊成績，第5名時間以個人進入終點時間計算，男女不限，團隊需有團隊車衣，限用標準彎把公路車。
兩日競賽：16歲以上，具自行車長距離公路競賽經驗者，並須自行投保個人競賽保險。
團隊計時賽：每隊5人取第4位進入終點成績為該隊成績，男女不限。

2026年度「臺灣自行車聯賽」將於年終頒發年度總排名各獎項。
本參加者係依自由意志，自主決定參加中華民國自行車騎士協會所舉辦之自行車競賽活動。
本活動另有「環花東365挑戰、花蓮200&100探索」歡迎參與。
本參加者已審閱主辦單位提供之本次競賽活動相關之簡章、參加須知，並瞭解相關提醒事項、競賽規定及注意事項，且無異議。
花東警察局特別聲明：若賽事行進中有隊車不當超車及逆向行駛，將加強取締及開立罰單，旨在為大家安全及活動的延續，請各車隊領隊加以宣導，勿觸犯交通法規及危害自身及他人之安全。
本會除投保大會公共意外責任保險外，凡參加活動選手必需自行辦理人身意外保險。
請視個人健康狀況參與。有不適時請至路邊安全處休息，勿超出個人身體負荷。
活動後由各隊隊車接駁至住宿點。
請詳閱活動簡章內容，如有顧慮、或無法同意所有注意事項者，請勿報名參加。
限使用標準彎把公路車、需有完整煞車系統、不得配有動力輔助。請全程配戴自行車專用安全帽。
水壺必需使用自行車專用水壺。為避免水壺於行進間掉落影響後方車友安全，請務必於行前檢視並調整水壺架，保持水壺能穩固安置。
競賽前請務必詳實檢查自行車零件與胎壓，保持最佳車況，以維安全。
本競賽除領先集團及主集團外無法全程提供排除其他用路人使用道路之交通管制。落後於主要集團之外，尚未被淘汰競賽資格之選手，必需遵守交通規則，順向靠右行進，以確保安全。
參加者需隨身攜帶健保卡或身分證。如有受傷請當日就醫，並開立診斷證明及收據，以利保險理賠
自行車競賽為高難度運動活動，參賽者應自行注意身體健康情況並衡酌參加可能產生之風險。如有高血壓、心血管疾病、心臟病、糖尿病、癲癇症、氣喘等狀況、或有其它疾病而不適合激烈運動者，不得參加本賽程（請參加者自行判斷是否有上開症狀，如有上開症狀仍執意參賽，對於其因此所生之事故，主辦單位不負任何賠償責任）。
參加者於競賽活動期間發生跌倒或碰撞等事故在所難免，主辦單位對於該等事故不負任何保險承擔以外之賠償責任。
本活動依內政部相關規定投保「公共意外責任險」。「公共意外責任險」只承擔大會責任內所致之意外傷害理賠。參加者如有本身各項疾病史，請自重評估自身安全不可參加。如有考量保險保障範圍之不足，請自行加保其他有效之個人保險。「公共意外責任險」的承保內容，請點閱「附件」。本活動保險的最高理賠金額為保單所承擔之金額，主辦單位不提供超越保單理賠金額之理賠金額。如對於承保內容中之保險理賠範圍、項目、金額無法同意者，請自行辦理人身意外保險。
隊車注意事項：隊車於活動期間及路線上，需遵守裁判指示行進；如與其他人員、車輛(參加者、其它隊車或其它用路人車)發生交通事故，依一般交通事故處理方式處理，大會不負此類交通事故之責任。隊車識別貼紙於4/10領隊會議中發放、4/11賽後領隊會議中更新隊車排序。
報名者承諾所填寫之個人資料均屬實；若資料有誤，後果由提供人自行承擔。
活動如遇颱風或其它不可抗力之天災或事況，由大會以安全為考量，有權決定是否取消或延期或改以其他替代路線與方式；參加者同意由主辦單位依對參加者最有利之狀況進行處置。
大會擁有將此活動之影像、成績、報導圖文於世界各地公告、展示、網站與刊物刊登之權利。參加者報名即視同同意其肖像、成績、媒體/網路報導圖文，得用於活動相關宣傳與播放。
請參加者發揮自行車友愛護環境的風範，絕不亂丟垃圾。
主辦單位有權依據健康、年齡、參賽經驗、榮譽記錄…等因素，保留接受參加者報名/出賽與否權利。
本競賽辦法如有未盡事宜或任何變更，得隨時修正之。
2026臺灣自行車公路聯賽：陽明山王、春季KOM、環花東、太平山王、夏季KOM、花蓮太平洋盃、繞圈賽。
本活動最新訊息將隨時公告於本協會官網cyclist.org.tw及臉書專頁，敬請參加者務必詳閱。
有關競賽所發生問題，應由單位領隊或教練，於賽後30分鐘內，以書面向大會審判委員會正式提出申訴，同時繳交保證金新臺幣叁仟元整，賽會將以審判委員會之判決為終決。提出申訴不成時沒收保證金。
如未經上述程序提出申訴，以致干擾比賽進行，將由審判團採取適當處分，以維競賽之進行。
第1日4/10團隊計時賽路線：花蓮新天堂樂園-鹽寮-跳浪隧道前/折返-環花東競賽終點，約20公里。
第2日4/11競賽路線：花蓮新天堂樂園→193線→台11線→臺東都歷東管處，約127公里。出發後至花蓮大橋左轉後放行，沿台11線經牛山、磯崎、豐濱、長濱、成功、都歷後，進入終點東部海岸國家風景區管理處停車場。
第3日4/12競賽路線：臺東→台9線→鹿野→關山→富里→玉長公路→長濱→台11線→花蓮鹽寮，約178公里。由臺東娜路彎大酒店出發，過卑南綠色隧道放行，經花東縱谷線(台9線)、玉長公路(台30線)、花東海岸公路(台11線)至終點鹽寮(台11線10k處)。

4/11 (Sat.) Hualien to Taitung (Hualien-Taitung Coastal Highway/Province Highway 11, approx. 130 km)06：00 Race Start at Hualien Paradise Mall09：30 Award Ceremony + Receive Lunch and Finisher Medal10：30 Leader Meeting at Torik Visitor Centor11：30 Finish Line Cutoff. Participants will move to their hotels in Taitung.
4/12 (Sun.) Taitung to Hualien (Huatung Highway/Province Highway 9, Yuchang Road/Province Highway 30, Hualien-Taitung Coastal Highway/Province Highway 11, approx. 178 km.)06：00 Race Start at Formosan Naruwan Hotel12：30 Finish Line Cutoff at Yanliao (10K Mark on Province Highway 11) Participants will move back to Sunrise Boulevard to receive finisher medal, lunch, and return timing chips for deposit refund.
Team Time Trial：Participants must be older than 16 years old and register as a group. The team time trial is limited to participants who have signed up for the road race. Each team should include 5 members, and the team’s score is based on the time of the 4th person to reach the finish line. A team jersey for each team is required. There are no gender limitations.
Two-Day Road Race：Participants must be older than 12 years old and have road race or self-challenge experience. Personal Race Insurance is required.
Team Time Trial：NT$1000 per team。

Team Time Trial：The team’s score is based on the time of the 4th person to reach the finish line. There are no gender limitations.
All participants will receive their finisher medal at the endpoint of both days and have access to an electronic completion certificate from our official website.

Awards for Taiwan Cycling League will be presented at the end of the year.
The participant voluntarily and independently decides to participate in the cycling races organized by the Taiwan Cyclist Federation.
Other events, such as the "Tour of East Taiwan 365 & 160 Challenge,” will be held on the same weekend. Relatives and friends are welcome to participate.
Participants must review the guidelines and instructions provided by the organizer for this event, understand the relevant reminders, competition rules, and precautions, and have no objections.
The Hualien and Taitung Police Department has issued a special statement: If team vehicles engage in improper overtaking or driving against traffic during the event, strict enforcement and fines will be imposed. This is to ensure everyone’s safety and the continuation of the event. Team leaders are requested to inform their teams to comply with traffic regulations and avoid endangering themselves or others.
In addition to the event’s public liability insurance, all participants are required to arrange their own personal accident insurance.
Participants should consider their personal abilities and health conditions when taking part in the cycling challenge. If feeling unwell, please rest at a safe location by the roadside and avoid exceeding personal physical limits.
After the event, each team’s team car is required to shuttle participants to their accommodation.
Please carefully review the event guidelines. If you have any concerns or cannot agree to all the terms and conditions, please do not register for the event.
Participants are only required to use standard drop-bar road bicycles. Bicycles must be equipped with a fully functional braking system. Electric-assisted bicycles are not allowed. Bicycle-specific helmets must be worn at all times.
Water bottles must be bicycle-specific. To prevent bottles from falling during the ride and endangering other riders, participants should inspect and adjust their bottle cages to ensure they are securely fastened.
Participants must thoroughly inspect their bicycles before the event, including component assembly and tire pressure, to ensure the bike is in optimal condition for safety.
This competition will not provide traffic control to exclude other road users except for the leading group and the main peloton. Participants who are behind the main group but have not been eliminated from the competition must adhere to traffic rules, traveling in the right direction and staying to the right to ensure safety.
Participants must always carry their National Health Insurance card or identification documents. In case of injury, please seek medical attention on the day of the event and obtain medical proof and receipt to facilitate insurance claims.
Participants may experience falls, collisions, or other accidents during the challenge or event. The organizer is not responsible for any compensation beyond insurance coverage for such incidents.16. It is inevitable for participants to have accidents such as falls or collisions during the challenge, and the organizer will not be liable for any compensation other than insurance coverage for such accidents.
Participants have committed that the personal information they provide is accurate. If the information is incorrect, the individual will bear all consequences.
With typhoons or other natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or alter the route and methods of the event for safety reasons. Participants must agree to the organizers’ decision based on the situation that is most favorable to them.
The organizers have the right to publish and display images, results, and media coverage of this event worldwide, including on websites and in publications. By registering, participants agree that their likeness, results, and media or online coverage may be used for event-related promotion and broadcasting.
Participants are encouraged to respect nature and refrain from littering.
The organizers have the right to accept or reject participant registrations and entries based on factors such as health, age, competition experience, honor records, etc.
Any matters not covered in these regulations or any changes may be modified at any time by the organizer.
2026 Taiwan Cyclist League includes Yangmingshan King on, The Road to Taiwan KOM-Spring on, Tour of East Taiwan from, Taipingshan King of Mountain on, The Road to Taiwan KOM-Summer on, Hualien Pacific Road Race on, and Yunlin Cycling Criterium on.
The latest information about this event will be announced any time on the “Taiwan Cyclist Federation” Facebook page. Please follow the latest information carefully.
Any issues related to the competition should be formally submitted in writing to the event’s judging committee by the team leader or coach within 30 minutes after the race. A deposit of NT$3,000 must be submitted along with the appeal. The final decision will be made by the judging committee. If the appeal is unsuccessful, the deposit will be forfeited.
If an appeal is not submitted following the above procedure and interferes with the race, the judging team will take appropriate action to maintain the integrity of the event.
